How to File a Claim

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)

To make a SLI claim you will need to forward us all relevant information via email claims@bonzah.com

Required information is listed below:
1. Signed rental agreement (Copy)
2. Copy of police report
3. Damage estimates for injury to persons or damage to property
4. Copy of current auto insurance policy and/or copy of credit card agreement used for rental (if applicable)

You have four options for filing a RoamRight travel insurance claim:
- online
- by mail
- by email
- or by fax

Want faster claim service? File online! You can also easily check the status of your claim and add any additional documentation like receipts and ticket information.

Log in or sign up for access on the RoamRight website. You’ll need your RoamRight policy number and your date of birth to look up your policy and create a claim.
